Introduction

The Asterisk issue triage process is handled by bug marshals who help move issues through the process from issue creation by the reporter to a status where enough information has been gathered that a developer can start looking at the issue. This page will help define and document the process and life of a newly opened issue in the ASTERISK project on the JIRA server located at https://issues.asterisk.org/jira.

Information about support status for modules is documented at Asterisk Module Support States.
